Bringing together a unique selection of traditional and contemporary works, International Art Centre's first Art at Home sale of the year features an outstanding array of collectable paintings & sculptures for sale.
Included in the auction is a collection of Mary Elizabeth Tripe paintings. Tripe established a successful career as a leading portrait painter in New Zealand and received numerous commissions. She exhibited with Art Societies throughout New Zealand as well as with the Royal Society of Portrait Painters, The Royal Academy and the Paris Salon.
The auction also includes works by Tom Esplin, Petrus van Der Velden and Charles Blomfield among others. A selection of contemporary limited edition prints by leading New Zealand artists Sir Peter Siddell, Dick Frizzell, Max Gimblett and Dagmar Dyck are also included in the sale.
Our Art at Home sales have increased in popularity since its inception in 2020. This auction offer clients the opportunity to view and bid on a wide variety of works. As always our team are here to assist with any queries.
The auction will close on Tuesday 5 March from 6:00pm. Lots will begin to close consecutively ten seconds apart until completion.
